How to Sign Up and Start Writing in WriteinaClick

Creating an account takes just a moment. Once you're in, a short setup helps you start your first book.

Creating an Account

Go to app.writeinaclick.com (or start from writeinaclick.com).
Choose one of the available sign-in providers (for example Continue with Google).
You're in. Welcome to WriteinaClick!

If you already have an account:

Go to app.writeinaclick.com. The same page is used for new and returning writers.
Choose the sign-in provider you used before.
You'll land on Home, where you can open existing books or create new ones.

The first time you sign in, a short setup turns your idea into your first book before you reach Home:

Your idea - Answer What is your book about? in a sentence or two, and What name goes on the cover?. A Book title is optional; leave it blank and Robin suggests one. Choose Make my book.
Your cover - Your book appears with a generated cover and title. You can change both later.
Your opening - Write the first line of your book, or change about ten words of the line Robin offers. The words are yours.
First readers - Three readers take a first pass at your opening.
Your book - Choose Open my book to start writing in Write, Shape the beginning with Robin to talk it through, or Take a quick tour of the app.

Already have a manuscript? Choose I already have a draft on the first screen to bring it in instead.
