Reader Customization
Make the reader feel right for your eyes and the device you're holding.
Open the settings
In the reader, tap Aa at the top-right. The Reading settings sheet opens. Changes apply to the page straight away.
Theme
- Light: dark text on a light page.
- Dark: light text on a dark page. Easy on the eyes at night.
- Sepia: dark text on a warm cream page. Easy on the eyes in low light.
The reader theme is separate from the app's theme, so you can keep the app in light mode and read in sepia.
Font
Choose Serif, Sans, or Dyslexic (a typeface designed to be easier to read for many people with dyslexia).
Size
Tap A- or A+ to make the text smaller or larger. The current size is shown next to Size.
Line height
Tap - or + to change the space between lines.
Alignment
Choose Left or Justify.
High contrast
Turn on High contrast for stronger contrast between the text and the page.
Where settings are saved
Reader settings are saved to your account, not to one book. They apply to every book you read in the same workspace, on any device where you are signed in.
