Ink and Rewards on Mobile
Ink is WriteinaClick's engagement currency. You earn it by building a writing habit and referring friends, and spend it on perks in the Ink store.
Earning Ink
- Daily goal: hit your daily writing goal and earn Ink, once a day.
- Streaks: keep writing on consecutive days to reach streak milestones that pay a bonus.
- Long writing sessions: write for a long stretch in a day for a bonus.
- Referrals: invite friends. You earn Ink when a friend starts writing, and more if they upgrade. Your friend gets Ink to start, too.
There is a daily limit on how much Ink you can earn. Tap How do I earn Ink? in the app for the exact amounts.
Your progress
Open the Account tab and tap Your progress to see your level, your Ink balance, today's goal, and your referral link. Tap Set your daily goal to choose your own daily target.
Ink history
On Your progress, tap View Ink history to see every time you earned or spent Ink, so you can trace exactly where your balance came from.
Spending Ink
Tap Spend Inkdrops to open the Ink store. It includes Robin Boost and Readiness Check, streak freezes, an export theme pack, editor themes, and profile flairs. Purchases are made online so your balance stays accurate, so the store needs an internet connection.
Ink is earned by writing and referrals. It can't be bought with money.
